This flooring is composed of reclaimed oak arranged in parquet squares, recovered from earlier use and reassembled for continued application. The surface retains variation in tone, grain direction, and wear, allowing individual boards to register while contributing to a composed geometric field. The pattern establishes order through layout rather than uniform material finish.
Oak’s dense grain structure produces a surface with visible texture, subtle abrasion, and softened edges developed through prior service. Variations in coloration and fiber density remain intact, reinforcing the material’s durability and suitability as a working plane. Returns
Most merchandise may be returned within 30 days of delivery if unused and in original packaging. Furniture and oversized items must be returned within 14 days of delivery. Return shipping and pickup fees apply and are the responsibility of the customer.
Delivery and service charges are non-refundable. All returned merchandise must be received in original condition and packaging. Items showing signs of use, damage, or alteration may not be eligible for return.
Customers should review product details and measure their space prior to purchase. Natural materials, reclaimed wood, and handcrafted finishes will vary in color, grain, texture, and patina. These variations are part of the product’s character and are not considered defects. No two pieces will be exactly alike.
Custom, made-to-order, and special order items are final sale and not eligible for return. Refunds are issued to the original form of payment once returned merchandise is received and inspected.
Damages or Defects
All merchandise is inspected prior to shipment. If an item arrives damaged or defective, notify us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the item and packaging. Once confirmed, we will arrange repair, replacement, or resolution at no cost to you.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled prior to shipment. Once shipped, orders fall under the return policy above. Custom, made-to-order, and special order items cannot be canceled once production has begun.
