Delivery Timing
Parcel Orders
Small items typically ship within 1–2 business days and arrive within 4–7 business days, depending on destination. Tracking details are provided once the order is in transit.
Furniture Orders
Furniture is delivered in-home and typically arrives within 2–4 weeks.
Once your order reaches the delivery team in your area, they will contact you directly to schedule a delivery appointment.
Furniture Delivery
Furniture is delivered in-home, placed where it belongs, and cleared of packaging.
Delivery is coordinated in advance to ensure a smooth and thoughtful experience from arrival to placement.
Parcel Delivery
Smaller items ship via standard parcel carriers and are delivered to the door.
Delivery Area
Complimentary delivery applies to orders within the contiguous United States.
For Alaska, Hawaii, Canada, or other locations outside the contiguous U.S., please contact us prior to purchase to review available options.
Important Delivery Notes
Please inspect items upon delivery. If anything arrives damaged, note it with the delivery team when possible and contact us promptly with photos so we can assist.
Additional services such as storage, missed delivery appointments, address changes after shipment, or non-standard access requirements may result in additional charges.
