Collection: Bar Stools

Our stools are built at standard bar height: a 29-inch seat, 43 inches overall. Measure from the floor to the underside of your counter and check it against that seat height before ordering, because a stool built for a raised bar will not suit a standard kitchen counter. Thirty-one in stock, $100 to $900.

What we stock

Solid oak and iron frames, ecru linen with vertical channel detail, leather seats on iron bases, and bentwood bistro variants. With arms or backless depending on the piece. Stretchers are exposed and structural rather than decorative.

The buying decision

Measure floor to the underside of the counter and check it against the 29-inch seat height before you order. After that it is arms or no arms: backless stools tuck fully under and disappear, stools with arms are more comfortable for a meal but need the clearance. Two stools anchor an island, four turn a long counter into seating.
