Complimentary Delivery on Every Order

There are no added shipping fees at checkout. From small details to statement pieces, each order is handled with care from our warehouse in High Point, North Carolina to its destination.


What happens after you order

Here is exactly what to expect after you place an order. We tell you this upfront because most furniture purchases at this level come with uncertainty about delivery, and we want that part to be the easiest part of your day.

  1. Order placed. You get a confirmation email within minutes. If anything in the order needs clarification, we email you before charging shipping or starting fulfillment.
  2. Piece pulled and inspected (1 to 3 business days). Your piece is located in our High Point warehouse, inspected against the product description and photos, and prepared for delivery. If you want additional detail shots before it ships, email hello@emmagracehome.com with your order number and we will send what we have.
  3. Delivery scheduled (within 2 to 4 weeks for furniture). Once your piece reaches the white-glove delivery partner serving your area, they will contact you directly to schedule a delivery window that works for you. For smaller parcel items, you receive tracking automatically.
  4. In-home delivery. Furniture is brought into your home, placed where you want it, and all packaging is removed. No add-on charges. If something does not look right at delivery, note it with the delivery team and email us with photos the same day. We handle it.
  5. Settled. You live with the piece. If anything comes up later, we are still here at (336) 431-9929 or hello@emmagracehome.com, 9am to 6pm Monday through Sunday.

Delivery Timing

Parcel Orders
Small items typically ship within 1 to 2 business days and arrive within 4 to 7 business days, depending on destination. Tracking details are provided once the order is in transit.

Furniture Orders
Furniture is delivered in-home and typically arrives within 2 to 4 weeks. Once your order reaches the delivery team in your area, they will contact you directly to schedule a delivery appointment.


Furniture Delivery

Furniture is delivered in-home, placed where it belongs, and cleared of packaging. Delivery is coordinated in advance to ensure a smooth and thoughtful experience from arrival to placement.


Parcel Delivery

Smaller items ship via standard parcel carriers and are delivered to the door.


Delivery Area

Complimentary delivery applies to orders within the contiguous United States.

For Alaska, Hawaii, Canada, or other locations outside the contiguous U.S., please contact us prior to purchase to review available options.


Important Delivery Notes

Please inspect items upon delivery. If anything arrives damaged, note it with the delivery team when possible and contact us promptly with photos so we can assist.

Additional services such as storage, missed delivery appointments, address changes after shipment, or non-standard access requirements may result in additional charges.
