Reclaimed Brass Porthole Mirror
Constructed from an original brass porthole salvaged from a retired working ship, this mirror carries forward material shaped by prolonged exposure to marine conditions and sustained service at sea. The brass frame shows softened edges, surface wear, and tonal variation developed through years of use, with the original construction retained rather than refined. Its elongated form remains grounded in maritime utility and structural clarity.
The substantial frame preserves visible fasteners and surface irregularities, allowing depth and weight to remain present. The mirror surface is set within the existing porthole structure, maintaining the integrity of the original assembly without reinterpretation. Patina and wear are left unresolved, reinforcing continuity and material honesty over decorative finish.

Common Questions
Common Questions
How does delivery work?
Delivery is free on every order in the lower 48. Furniture ships white-glove: the delivery team schedules a window with you, carries the piece to its room, places it where it belongs, and removes all packaging. Smaller items, such as dining chairs, counter stools, lighting, rugs, and decor, ship free via FedEx or UPS.
How long until my piece arrives?
The estimated ship window is listed near the price above. Furniture is delivered in-home and typically arrives within two to four weeks, and the delivery team contacts you to schedule. Smaller items usually ship within a few business days with tracking.
Will my piece look exactly like the photos?
Close, but never identical. Each piece is hand-finished from natural and reclaimed materials, so grain, tone, and markings vary. That variation is what makes the piece yours.
Can I see the materials before I buy?
Yes. We mail free leather, fabric, and finish samples. Use the Request a Free Sample button above and we will send them to your door.
What if it arrives damaged?
Every piece is inspected before it ships. If anything arrives damaged, send us photos within 48 hours and we will repair, replace, or make it right at no cost.
